I offer psychotherapy and counselling and have a wide range of experience having worked with people on a long-term and short-term basis, in both primary health care, the voluntary sector and private practice. I work with a wide-ranging variety of issues including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, addictions (including alcolholism), bereavement, low self-esteem or confidence, sexual/sexuality, relationship problems, abuse, adoption, mental health and many more. Although I now practise mostly as an analytic psychotherapist, working with people long-term, sometimes several times a week, I aim to provide the kind of therapy most appropriate to people's needs.
